Who Benifits?

Investors

Investors are first in line: they receive a preferential return that covers the full repayment of their investment plus 10% of the Net Profits from the townhome sales before the General Partner receives a dollar.

Buyers

Buyers are given an alternate way of funding their student's housing costs at college by owning a townhome while the student attends college and then selling the townhome to recover up to 100% of the total cost of the college education.

Students

This is more than just housing; it's a financial education. The student gains a great life lesson by managing the property, while the mortgage—held in their name as the owner-occupant—actively builds their credit. This process culminates in a pristine credit score, setting them up for a strong financial start immediately upon entering their post-college career.
